Default What if I'm the partner?

Hey,

I've been lurking here for awhile, I'm dating a girl who has hepatitis C. I know there will be a risk if I get involved so I wanted to ask....what would you all do? Most of the posts here seem to be from people diagnosed with an STD who want to know what to say to their partner....but I'm the partner!

I know condoms are a must. What else?

Condoms are a good start. You can also talk to your partner and make these decisions together--honesty is important! Also, be sure to educate yourself on Hepatitis C. Hep C is passed through blood more than sex so be aware of other risks such as sharing razors and things of that nature.
