when i was younger i had this thing with feeling alone and having casual sex well i met my current gf and i love her now and everything was supposed to be great xcept i recently noticed i had what looks like really mild herped its only a couple red dots and hpv cuz i got the symptom and this is all in one day and i didnt know i had anything i love her and ive put her at risk it wouldnt be so hard xcept for three months in weve had sex and i have to tell her that she more then likely got two life long stds because she trusted me i love her i wish shed never met me im pretty sure ill lose her but i have to tell her i just dont know what ill do after im an athletic male ive never really been scared of very much and now im terrified and i dont know how to deal with it i dont even remember the last time i cried all i wish was i had someone to talk to who was groing through something similar i feel like the worst person in the world

Try to stay calm. You are definitely not the worst person in the world. You are not a bad person. If you love your girlfriend and she loves you to then you should just talk to her. Explain to her what you're feeling and that you're worried about STDs and you think you should both be tested. Then you'll know for sure what is going on and you guys can try and handle things together. I know it feels overwhelming and out of control, but trust me, this is something that a lot of couples have to deal with so you're not alone.
