Default Men's Health Month - Talk to your guy!
June is Men's Health Month, and men are encouraged to think about their health and to take positive steps to a better lifestyle. This can include anything from checking our cholesterol to getting tested for STDs.

Men have to be prodded about this type of thing sometimes so for any man in your life (boyfriend, husband, son, dad, brother, etc.) encourage them to think about their well-being and to visit Men's Health Month for information.

Oh, there is a funny video on YouTube (G rated and not forum spam, mods!) on how to do a self-exam for testicular cancer. YouTube - Dr. Harold Rounds, MD. Too funny!

haha, "chimp & champ," that's a riot! and also is a very important message, like breast exams for women, self-exams are important in early detection of cancers and can help save a lot of lives. funny PSA indeed!
