Unfortunately we do not have a testing center in South Africa, but I was able to find a couple websites & helplines for rape and/or abuse support in South Africa that will hopefully be helpful to you...
1. The Personal Crisis Help Services for South Africans (this website has many resources & phone numbers for many different types of personal crisis, including sexual abuse, rape, & assualt): Personal crisis help services - SouthAfrica.info 2. The Rape Crisis: Cape Town website (this site also offers a great deal of support, resources, contact numbers & information for victims of rape in South Africa): Contact | Rape Crisis Cape Town Trust I hope that this information is helpful & please let me know if there is ANYTHING else you need or any way I could further help or support you.
