Default Hotshots "starter condoms" made for 12-yr olds

A Swiss condom company is now making condoms fit for 12- and 13-year-old boys and they're calling it the Hotshot.

The Hotshot condoms are going on sale in Switzerland after research found that not enough 12 to 14-year-old boys were having protected sex. ... A standard condom has a diameter of 52mm in comparison with the Hotshot’s 45mm. Both are the same length — 190mm.
According to a study of 13 to 20-year-olds, a quarter said that a standard condom was too large.

Here's the blurb about these "training-wheel" condoms from The Frisky....

Swiss Make Teeny Weenie “Hotshot” Condoms For 12-Year-Old Boys

Oh, those libertine Europeans! After studies have shown increased sexual activity by 12- to 14-year-old boys (um, eww?), a Swiss condom manufacturer has created “Hotshot” condoms in smaller sizes. According to the Telegraph, various studies across Europe have shown teens don’t use condoms if the sizes are too big for them. So while a standard size condom is two inches in diameter,

Hotshot condoms are 1.7 inches to cater to the teeny weenies. A six-pack of Hotshots will set you back $7 — but don’t count on the smaller condoms being made available here anytime soon. Hotshots are not even for sale in the UK, which has Europe’s highest rate of teen pregnancy. Hey, at least the kids are wrapping it up ... right?

RIGHT! Providing them with condoms won't make them more likely to have sex - they're going to do that anyway - but at least some of them will be safer while they're doing it.
