CDC stats show young people ages 14-19 continue to have highest STD rates, with 1.5 million cases of chlaymdia and gonorrhea reported in this age group for 2008. Also, stark racial/ethnic disparities remain. |

I've heard two figures quoted for chlamydia, like over 1 million cases reported, then some saying there are actually 3 million or so cases a year. Which is accurate?
