Naional HIV/AIDS Awareness Day
Just a note that the U.S. will observe HIV/AIDS Awareness Day this year on September 18th. This is sponsored by the AIDS Institute and is backed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the agency that oversees the CDC.
For more go to HIV/AIDS Awareness Days. See how you can get involved! This is important for a number of reasons, perhaps chiefly because as many as 25% of those living with HIV/AIDS in the U.S. are not diagnosed.
