Default Help I'm positive
Long story short I have Chlamydia and Gonorrhea the doctor put me on doxycycline. I am on my last day of treatment but all of the sudden my back hurts. I feel like I was hit by a car but I haven't done any physical activity. On top of that my abdomen hurts as well. Are these symptoms related to the STDs?

This is DEFINITELY something that you want to ask your doctor about. These could be side effects of the medication, but it is best that you call your prescribing physician and describe these symptoms to make sure that nothing is wrong and you should be continuing the medication.
