Anyone have an idea how likely it might be to get HIV from receiving oral sex? I know that performing it can be an issue, but how about the other way around?

It is definitely possible to transmit the HIV virus through oral sex, both giving and receiving. There are forms of protection for oral sex, such as the dental dam, which would lower the risk of disease transmission through oral sex.
