Gonorrhea testing question...

Hi,

I've had a sore throat for awhile now and I'm worried I may have gotten Gonorrhea of the throat. I was wondering if you need a throat swab to test for this???

Yes, you can test for Gonorrhea of the throat with a throat swab, but surprisingly, a standard Gonorrhea urine test will also pick up the infection so either type of test is fine.
