You should always wait until you have finished all your medication for chlamydia and had a follow-up examination before having sex with someone. Even if you had symptoms that went away, this does not mean you no longer have the infection. Finishing all your medicine and following up with your health care provider is the only way to be sure the infection is gone and you will not pass it to another person.
